Employee Accountability & Coaching Plan

M&M Excavating is dedicated to continually improving our Safety Culture. Each Crew Member is skilled and well-trained to maintain awareness and ensure safety. Nothing is more important than the safety and health of our employees, customers, and partners. Every Crew Member plays a critical role in assuring their own safety, the safety of their Crew and a safe jobsite.  Each employee is also accountable for their personal safety behaviors & actions. When jobsite hazards or safety violations are identified, immediate action is required to resolve the issue. All safety hazards and violations must be reported to the Superintendent, Foreman or Safety Manager as soon as the environment is safe. To ensure compliance with the M&M Safety Program, M&M will utilize coaching and/or other disciplinary actions that may begin at any level.
